Promotion Terms and Conditions:

Organizer

The "Reis to Paradise" giveaway is organized by BenBits BV, located at Galileistraat 26, 1704 SE Heerhugowaard, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 65090888.

Duration of the promotion

The giveaway began on Thursday, August 7, 2025, and will continue until an end date to be determined. The organizer reserves the right to end the giveaway at any time. The exact end date will be announced in a timely manner on BenBits’ website and social media channels.

Participation

Anyone old enough to travel independently may participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Participation is only possible after purchasing a BenBits product. If you participate through the online store, the order confirmation serves as proof of purchase. If you participate through a physical store, you must upload a valid proof of purchase via the entry form on the promotion page. Only receipts that clearly state that BenBits was purchased will be accepted. Debit card receipts are not valid as proof of purchase.

Proof of Participation

A proof of purchase is always required. For online orders, the order number is automatically recorded. For in-store purchases, the participant must upload a clear photo of the receipt. Illegible or forged proofs of purchase will result in disqualification.

Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected at random through a drawing from among all valid entries. Each purchase with valid proof counts as one entry. The more purchases a participant makes, the more times their name will be included in the drawing.

Announcement of the Winner

The announcement date will be communicated later via the BenBits website and social media channels. The winner will also be notified personally via email and, if applicable, via Instagram, provided an account was provided upon entry.

Price

The prize consists of a trip for two to Zakynthos, Greece, including round-trip flights, three nights’ lodging at a hotel, and a turtle-watching excursion. Meals, travel insurance, and other personal expenses are not included, unless otherwise specified. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Exclusion

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if fraud, incorrect information, or unpaid orders are suspected.

Taxes

If applicable, the organizer will pay any applicable gambling tax. The winner will receive the prize without any additional tax costs.

Sharing Data

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except with our data processors who assist us in conducting the giveaway. We use Klaviyo to send emails. This party processes the data exclusively on behalf of BenBits and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored on a secure server in the Netherlands. We use a secure connection (SSL) and restrict access to personal data to employees who need this information to perform their jobs.

Participants' Rights
